How the company started
Nadia Ferreira spent eleven years in laboratory quality assurance before starting this company, most of it reviewing paperwork that buyers never see. The gap that bothered her was simple: a certificate of analysis existed for practically every supplement lot on the market, and practically no customer could get hold of one. Somebody had reviewed the potency data for the bottle in your kitchen, and that somebody was never you.
Fernhollow was built around closing that gap for one product line at a time. When we took on US distribution for Trimoryn, the condition we set was that the lot record and the testing figures would be published on the site rather than filed away. That is why this portal has a batch records page before it has anything else, and why the lot code sits in the hero of the home page.
What we actually do
- Distribution. We are the authorized online channel for Trimoryn in the United States. Orders placed here are fulfilled from stock we hold and can trace to a lot.
- Documentation. We publish the current lot, its purity figure, its screening results and its certificate reference, and we send the certificate on request.
- Support and refunds. The 60-day guarantee is administered by us, not by a third party, which is why refund questions get answered by someone who can actually authorize one.
- Editorial. Everything written on this portal is drafted in-house against the printed label and reviewed by a registered dietitian before it goes up.
What we do not do
We do not manufacture Trimoryn, and we do not claim to. Production is handled by the manufacturer in an FDA-registered facility; our name is on the distribution and the documentation, not the formula.
