If Trimoryn is not worth the shelf space after a fair trial, write to us within 60 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for the product. Opened bottles included. No restocking fee.
Why 60 days and not 30
Reviewers report a first noticeable change at a median of 24 days, and the bulk of the positive reports land between weeks three and six. A 30-day window would expire at roughly the point most people first notice something, which would be convenient for us and useless to you. Sixty days is long enough to finish two bottles and form a real opinion.
The process, step by step
- Email [email protected] within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number, or the name and address the order was placed under.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address, normally the same business day and always within one.
- Send the bottles back, opened or unopened, using any trackable service. Keep the tracking number until the refund lands.
- We log the return when it arrives and issue the refund to the original payment method.
- Your bank posts it, typically in 3 to 5 business days, sometimes up to 10 depending on the card issuer.

Things we do not do
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- We do not require a reason, though we are glad to hear one.
- We do not run a retention script. If you ask for a refund, you get the return instructions, not three counter-offers.
- We do not enroll anyone in a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
If you bought elsewhere
The guarantee covers orders placed on this portal, because those are the orders we shipped and can trace to a lot.
