Terms of using this portal and ordering from it
These terms govern use of trymorincaps.com and any order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them. In effect from July 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
This portal is operated by Fernhollow Health Research, LLC, registration NC SOSID 2317804, 415 Foster Street, Suite 2C, Durham, NC 27701. We are the authorized online distributor of Trimoryn in the United States for the 2026 production cycle. We are not the manufacturer.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and ordering for personal use at a United States delivery address. Trimoryn is not intended for anyone under 18, nor for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send confirmation and dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, where the delivery address falls outside our distribution territory, or where we reasonably suspect resale or fraud.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you confirm. Shipping is free on the three and six-bottle packages and calculated at checkout on the two-bottle package. Payment is processed by the authorized checkout partner; we do not store card details. There is no subscription and no recurring charge on this portal.
5. Delivery
Orders leave the fulfillment center within one business day. Delivery estimates of 3 to 6 business days are estimates and not guarantees, since carrier performance is outside our control. Risk passes on delivery to the address you supplied. Where a parcel is lost in transit we trace it and, where the trace fails, we reship.
6. Guarantee and returns
Every package carries a 60-day money-back guarantee on the product price, opened bottles included, as set out on the guarantee page, which forms part of these terms. It applies to orders placed on this portal only.
7. Product information and health claims
Trimoryn is a dietary supplement. Statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on this portal is educational and is not medical advice. It does not replace a conversation with your own clinician, and nothing here should prompt you to stop or alter prescribed medication.
8. Accuracy
We take care that label figures, prices and lot documentation are correct at publication and we review them on a schedule. Where an error appears, we correct it and, if the error affected your order, we contact you. Reports of errors go to [email protected].
9. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, mirror or republish this portal's content commercially, present yourself as an authorized reseller of Trimoryn, or use our name, wordmark or lot codes to sell anything we did not ship. Personal use, quoting with attribution and linking are all fine.
10. Intellectual property
Text, layout, code and images on this portal belong to Fernhollow Health Research, LLC except where they belong to the manufacturer. Trimoryn and its wordmark are the manufacturer's marks, used here under distribution authorization.
11. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the applicable federal laws of the United States. Disputes fall to the courts of that state.
