What we collect and what we do with it

Short version: we collect what an order needs and what a support conversation needs, we keep it as long as the law requires, and we do not sell it. Effective July 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

Fernhollow Health Research, LLC, 415 Foster Street, Suite 2C, Durham, NC 27701, operating trymorincaps.com. Questions about anything on this page go to [email protected].

What we collect

  • Order details. Name, shipping address, email address, phone number where given, and what you ordered.
  • Payment. Handled by the authorized checkout partner. Card numbers never reach our systems and we cannot see them.
  • Correspondence. Emails you send us and our replies, kept so the next person who picks up your case has the history.
  • Site usage. Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.

Why we hold it

To ship your order, to answer your questions, to administer refunds under the guarantee, to meet tax and business record obligations, and to keep the site secure. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

Who else sees it

Only parties that need it to complete your order: the checkout and payment processor, the fulfillment center that packs the parcel, and the carrier that delivers it. Each receives the minimum required. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers. We disclose information to authorities only where a valid legal obligation requires it.

Cookies

This portal uses only what is needed to make pages work, plus a session flag that remembers if you dismissed the offer bar so it does not reappear on every page. There is no advertising tracker and no third-party analytics script embedded in these pages. Clearing your browser data removes the session flag.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for the period required by US business and tax rules, which is typically seven years. Support correspondence is kept for two years unless it relates to an order record. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep.
  • Unsubscribe from any email we send that is not about an order you placed.

Write to [email protected] with the request. We reply within one business day and complete verified requests within 30 days.

Security, honestly stated

Traffic to this site runs over TLS, access to order records is limited to staff who need it, and payment details never touch our infrastructure. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you theirs is should not be trusted with your address. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you what happened and what to do.

Children

This portal is not directed at anyone under 18 and Trimoryn is not intended for them. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If this statement changes, the effective date at the top changes with it and the revised version replaces this one on this page. Material changes affecting existing orders are emailed to the affected customers.
